I know what you are thinking. “Who is Bojan Stanic, and why should I care?”
When I first met Bojan years ago I had no idea that he was an aspiring photographer. The only thing that connected us back then was a mutual appreciation for a Serbian singer named Željko Joksimović. We eventually lost touch until, one day 2 or 3 year ago, we ended up reconnecting on Facebook. It was then that I learned that he is – in fact – an extremely talented photographer!
I want to introduce his work to you today. Personally, I think he has an unbelievable eye for detail and a very unique way of presenting his subjects. I find that there is an edginess to his photography – a certain rawness – that is present in both the darkest and softest of shoots.

The past few years he has become a much-sought after photographer in Serbia and Greece. As far as I am aware he hasn’t really stepped out beyond that but I wouldn’t be surprised if that changes in the near future. I can easily envision a day in the not-to-distant future where I will be opening a fashion magazine and seeing “Photographed by Bojan Stanic” on the page.
