Me Wants It: ROMYGOLD, Foley + Corinna, Made Her Think and more!

Although it’s been awhile since I did a “Me Wants It” post, I’ve been doing plenty of window shopping in my spare time. My “one day I will own this” list is growing by leaps and bounds.  Unfortunately, some of these pieces will likely be mine only in my dreams.  Others, however, are sure to be additions to my closet and/or jewelry collection!

Alexander Wang Mesh Sweater

Let’s start with this mesh sweater by Alexander Wang.  I am loving the scoop neck on this in addition to the sheer design.

Mesh Sweater by Alexander Wang ($395 at farfetch)

Foley + Corinna Sheer T-Shirt with Antique Ivory Lace

Next up is this gorgeous t-shirt by Foley + Corinna.  There have been quite a few gorgeous F + C pieces featured in the blogosphere lately, including this stunner on grit & glamour and this one and this one on full time fabulous.  I adore them all, but find myself drawn to this sheer t-shirt lately.  Beautiful, no?

Sheer Black T-Shirt by Foley + Corinna ($295 at Foley + Corinna)

3.1 Phillip Lim Roped Maxi Dress

I am in love with the rope detailing around the waist of this dress.  It makes me think of warm summer nights in Santorini.  Just amazing.

Roped Maxi Dress by 3.1 Phillip Lim ($750 at farfetch)

Now, on to some accessories…

Kristen Bag by Alexander Wang

I love the supple leather and edgy look of Alexander Wang’s bags, so it’s no surprise that this one made it onto my list.

Kristen Bag by Alexander Wang ($825 at farfetch)

Stud Chain Cross Body Bag by ROMYGOLD

Check out this amazing cross body bag by ROMYGOLD.   This is quickly becoming one of my favorite handbag lines.  I love the way they incorporated both round and square studs into this design.  It looks luxe, edgy and classic all at the same time!

Dash Covered Platform Pump by Sole Society

Sometimes it seems like hunting for the perfect nude pump is akin to hunting for the Holy Grail.  I finally found my perfect nude sandals but the perfect pumps have eluded me.  Until now.  These Dash pumps are available through Sole Society, a shoe club that was recently launched by popular  flash sale site Hautelook.  I’ve already purchased a couple few pairs of shoes via Sole Society and am planning to add these to my collection as well.   Tell me these don’t remind you of the YSL Tribtoo leather pumps. Great alternative, no?

Dash Nude Covered Platform Pumps $49.95 via Sole Society. (Click on the image if you need an invite)

Note: Sole Society shoes are branded Marco Santi, which is a Vince Camuto company, and many styles appear to be rebranded BCBG or Jessica Simpson shoes. You can’t beat that for the price!

Lanvin Wedge Heels

At first glance you may think it’s a heel, but guess what? It’s a wedge!  These are definitely in the “will only own them in my dreams” category, but I had to share them with you.  I am obsessed with these.

Lanvin Wedge Heel ($1,435 at farfetch)

And of course, some rings… because everyone knows I have a fondness for rings!

KD2024 Onyx Ring

Look at the amazing detail on this ring.  It is designed so that the textured swirls look like the tentacles of an octopus are wrapping the onyx stone in their grasp.  So unique.  Love.

KD2024 Onyx Ring ($471 on farfetch)

Inverted Dome Ring by Bauble Bar

I am drawn to the fact that this is an inverted dome ring.  I tend to gravitate towards silver jewelry (except for my YSL arty rings) and am trying to get away from that a bit (although I just purchased another silver piece I’ll be sharing soon!).  This would be a great piece to add to my gold collection.  I love the idea behind Bauble Bar.  They source their jewelry directly from designers so that their customers don’t have to pay for on-trend pieces at an insane markup.

Inverted Dome Ring by Bauble Bar ($46 on Bauble Bar). Sign up through my invitation by clicking the image and you'll also receive a free welcome gift!

Double Mesh Gauntlet Ring by Made Her Think

I am a huge fan of Made Her think jewelry.  I own a few pieces that I adore, but this ring has captured a special place in my heart.  WANT.  Major WANT.

Double Mesh Gauntlet Ring by made Her Think ($637 at Made Her Think). I love this ring to pieces.

So, what do you think of the pieces above?  Anything capture your attention?

What is currently on your wish list?

It’s funny: I guess I never really knew your taste as well as many other bloggers since you don’t do outfit posts. (That’s absolutely NOT a criticism since I obviously don’t do outfit posts either.) But, my god, B! You’ve got damn good taste! I could easily add every single one of these items to my wish list, especially that Philip Lim maxi dress and the gold ring. I need another sample sale site membership like I need a hole in the head, but if I do end up going for that gold ring, I”ll be sure to use your link. 🙂

    Loving, uh, everything.

That Phillip Lim dress is gorgeous, it reminds me of that editorial in Blank, the blue-toned shoot with the Grecian goddess vibe? And that studded bag is amazing; I love when bags become statement pieces but maintain that minimalistic look at the same time. So chic. And the nude pumps are gorgeous – I’m on the hunt for a pair myself and was actually considering doing a post on SHE about it tomorrow. I like that those are covered; maybe it’s just me, but I hate when a platform looks like it’s just stuck on the bottom of a shoe! It’s one thing if it’s done in an artsy, Nicholas Kirkwood kind of way, but otherwise I don’t like a platform to be obvious – it messes up the silhouette for me. Of course, everything I’ve found looks like that so it must be an unpopular opinion. Also, that onyx ring with the tentacles – I want it!

And guess what? I just made my first Foley + Corinna purchase this weekend! I got a bag via their sale on Gilt and I’m crazy excited about it. I might even have to do an OOTD when I get it? Oooh, maybe?

Sorry, I’m rambly. I went all day trying to do correspondence, write posts, leave comments all with severe writers block. Leave it to me to wait until 12:45am to get chatty.

They’re all super cute, however, it’s the stuff by Alexander Wang that I want too! That purse is amazing, and I could see wearing the sweater all the time.

    Love,

You need to reveal your identity so the next time I’m in the Midwest we can go shopping together. Then again, maybe that’s not such a good idea because we’d be fighting over all the same things! I’m a huge fan of huge rings and that F+C shirt is downright sexy.

And those Sole Society pumps? I could probably, actually walk in them!

The sheer black tee looks like a dream. The ring and bag have a nice tough look about them. I’ve just found your blog and started following. First, it was the link love and then I found your tutorials on Wordpress. Looking forward to learning more about your blog! Debbie

Isn’t it gorgeous? If only it wasn’t QUIET so pricey. I love the shape of it, and those ropes. Perfect.

I really love the bag. It’s edgy but the gray is a little softer than black.

Exactly. It comes in black as well, but I don’t really care for it. I love the gray color. I have been gravitating towards bags in lighter colors lately. My go-to bag right now is actually a Matt & Nat bag in a mustard yellow!

I reserve my dreams for the Tom Ford for GUCCI corset heels I covet, but I wouldn’t be surprised if a few of these pieces managed to find there way into them as well. Thanks for commenting!

Oooh, girl, so many good pieces! I’m especially loving the onyx/octopus ring and the gauntlet ring. And those first two clothing bits. I can skip those prices though… I bet a DIY of the Foley & Corinna shirt could be done!

I would love to see a DIY of the F + C shirt – I am seriously dying over that. And the gauntlet ring, which I agree – I will never buy it for that price. But it’s super sexy.

oh these nude shoes…they are so pretty!!! and in such a good price…but honestly, I’d like them to have a lower heel so I could wear them every day!!! (commuting with 5 inch shoes=not practical)

I see your point. Although I wear some of my 5-inch heels quite often. Love the way they look, but agreed, they can potentially cause a bit of pain if you have quite bit of walking to do!

You’re right, it’s been a long time since you’ve showed us what you’re lusting over. That Foley + Corinna Sheer T-Shirt is so beautiful. The lace accents are my favorite. I also love the maxi dress and the nude pumps. I’ll have those for dessert please! I still need a pair of nude heels myself.

Thanks Jenmarie! The F + C tee and nude pumps are among my absolute faves of those listed. Foley + Corinna really has an amazing ready-to-wear line that I was clueless about until V’s post on her Jolie dress. The nude pumps I just purchased, so I’ll let everyone know what I think when I get them!
